I have been a humanities-centric subject librarian for 35 years at two R1 institutions. I have worked simultaneously in both special collections/archives and in building circulating general collections and providing instruction and consultation to faculty members and students. The focus of my archival work has been with literary materials created since the end of World War II, some of which are now born digital and all of which have copyright implications which impacts their ability to be used in digital projects, including websites and online exhibits.
